Accessibility Statement
Last updated April 28, 2026
UHomes Realty is committed to making this site usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of building a useful site, not a legal checkbox.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive limitations.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, lists, and landmarks
- Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked accordingly
- Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements
- Color contrast ratios that meet AA on body text and key UI
- Visible focus indicators on links and buttons
- Form fields with associated labels
- Responsive layout that works at 200% zoom and on small screens
- Captions and transcripts for video content where available
Known limitations
A few parts of the site rely on third-party tools that we do not fully control:
- Tally forms — we use Tally for the contact and quiz forms. Tally publishes their own accessibility commitments. If you cannot use a Tally form, email or call us directly and we will take your information another way.
- Datawrapper charts — embedded charts in the market report include data tables and accessible labels, but visual charts may be harder to interpret with some assistive tech. We always describe the takeaway in text alongside the chart.
- YouTube videos — neighborhood video tours rely on YouTube's player. Captions are provided where available; full transcripts are on our roadmap.
Reporting an issue
If you run into a barrier on this site — something does not work with a screen reader, the contrast is too low somewhere, a form will not submit, anything — please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as bugs and fix them quickly.
Email hello@uhomesrealty.com or call (919) 559-6816. Please include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and (if you can) the assistive technology you were using.
Alternative ways to reach us
If anything on the site is inaccessible to you, we are happy to provide the same information by phone, email, or in person. You should never have to fight with a website to get help with your move.
