Straight Answers, Useful Context, and Less Wasted Time

I am not trying to sell you a house. I am trying to help you make a real estate decision — buying, selling, or relocating — that you feel good about a year later.

I have been working with Triangle buyers and sellers since 2021 — first-time buyers, growing families, sellers ready for a clean exit, and out-of-state relocators landing here for a job. They all need the same thing: someone who will actually answer questions, not deliver a sales pitch with a smile.

That is what I do. I listen carefully, ask the questions you have not thought to ask yet, and give you honest reads on neighborhoods, schools, and tradeoffs. I work well on tight deadlines, which matters when an inspection clock is ticking or a multiple-offer situation shifts overnight.

I live in the Triangle, drive these roads at rush hour, eat at these restaurants, and know which suburbs feel different on a Tuesday than they do on a Saturday. When I tell you something about a neighborhood, it is because I have seen it firsthand, not because it sounds good in a listing.

Specialties

  • First-time and move-up buyers
  • Sellers focused on a clean, well-priced sale
  • Out-of-state and corporate relocators (RTP-bound)
  • Buyer education and honest neighborhood matching
  • Triangle suburbs: Apex, Cary, Morrisville, Fuquay-Varina, Wake Forest, Garner
  • Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill neighborhoods

How I Help Buyers

For buyers, the work starts before any showing.

We talk about your commute, your budget, what your weekends actually look like, and what would make a house wrong even if it checks every box on paper. Most agents skip this part. I do not.

From there, I narrow the field. You see fewer homes, but the ones you see are real candidates. When the right one shows up, I help you write an offer that competes without overpaying, and I will tell you directly when to walk away.

You will not get a sales pitch from me. You will get the same honest read I would give a friend.

How I Help Sellers

For sellers, it comes down to pricing right and running a clean process.

I price your home using real comparable sales and the current pace of your specific submarket, not a wishful number that wastes your first three weeks on the market. I will tell you what to fix, what to leave, and how to stage so the listing photos do their job.

Once we go live, I keep you informed. No surprise calls at 9 PM, no vague updates. You will know what is happening, what to expect next, and what each offer means for your bottom line.

How I Help Relocators

For relocators, I am the local who answers the questions Google cannot.

If you are moving for a role at Fidelity, Cisco, Red Hat, Wolfspeed, Biogen, or another RTP employer, I help you understand the Triangle the way a friend who lives here would explain it: what each suburb actually feels like, where commutes break down, which schools are quietly excellent, and which neighborhoods do not match their old reputation anymore.

Many of my relocator clients make their neighborhood call before they ever fly in. I send video walkthroughs, real commute timings, and direct answers to the things you would normally only get from someone you already trust here.

What clients say

Real Stories

We relocated from Austin for a job at Fidelity. The neighborhood quiz matched us with Apex, and it was exactly right. Our kids are thriving in the schools, and the commute to RTP is painless.

As a first-time buyer, I appreciated the honesty about tradeoffs. Instead of just showing me the nicest listings, I got real talk about commute times, school zones, and what neighborhoods actually feel like on a Tuesday evening.

We sold our home in Morrisville in 9 days at asking price. The market data and pricing strategy were spot-on. No drama, no surprises, just a clean transaction.
