Terms of Service
Last updated April 28, 2026
By using UHomes Realty you agree to the terms below. They are short, written in plain English, and meant to set fair expectations on both sides.
Use of this site
The neighborhood guides, market commentary, relocation guidance, and other content here are informational. They are not legal, financial, tax, mortgage, appraisal, inspection, or investment-purchase advice. For decisions that depend on those, talk to a licensed professional in that field.
Accuracy of content
We work hard to keep neighborhood profiles, school information, commute times, price ranges, and the monthly Triangle Market Pulse honest and current. Real estate moves fast and public data lags behind. Numbers in any guide or report may be out of date by the time you read them. Verify anything you plan to act on with a primary source — county records, the school district, MLS data from a working agent.
External links
The site links to third-party resources (NCREC documents, HUD forms, employer pages, embedded charts and videos). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
No agency relationship from browsing
Reading this site, signing up for the market report, or filling out a contact form does not create a buyer-agency or seller-agency relationship. Under North Carolina rules, agency must be established with a written agreement after appropriate disclosure (see our Fair Housing page for the NCREC Working with Real Estate Agents disclosure).
Intellectual property
The text, photos, graphics, and layout on this site belong to UHomes Realty unless otherwise credited. You can share links to pages and quote short passages with attribution. Do not republish entire guides or reuse our images for your own marketing without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, attempt to break it, submit fake leads, impersonate other people, or use the site to send spam or harassment. We may block access if any of that happens.
Limit of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, UHomes Realty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here is meant to limit liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be disclaimed under North Carolina law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be flagged with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after the date at the top means you accept the revised version.
