Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain English, what information this site collects, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@uhomesrealty.com and we will answer.

What we collect

The forms on this site collect what you would expect: your name, email, optional phone number, and whatever you tell us about your move (timeline, neighborhood interests, employer, budget range). We do not ask for anything that is not visible in the form itself.

When you browse the site, our analytics tool records aggregate information like page views, device type, approximate location (city level), and the site you came from. This helps us understand which guides are useful and which need rewriting.

How we use it

We use form submissions to respond to your inquiry, send the guide or report you requested, and follow up if it looks like we can help. We use analytics data to improve the site. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not run paid ads off it.

Who we share it with

To run this site we use a few third-party services. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job:

• Tally processes form submissions. Tally privacy policy.
• Airtable stores leads and content used on the site. Airtable privacy policy.
• Google Analytics measures site traffic. Google privacy policy.
• Cloudflare handles email forwarding for hello@uhomesrealty.com. Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the site and records standard request logs. Vercel privacy policy.

We may also share information when required by law, or to defend against fraud or abuse.

Cookies and tracking

Google Analytics sets cookies to count unique visitors and sessions. Tally may set a session cookie while a form is open. You can block these in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the official opt-out add-on, or browse with tracking protection on. The site still works.

Your rights

California residents: under the CCPA you can request a copy of what we have on file or ask us to delete it. Anyone, anywhere can email us and ask the same — we will honor reasonable requests even if a specific law does not require it. Use hello@uhomesrealty.com.

Data retention

We keep lead records as long as we are working with you, plus a reasonable follow-up window after that. Ask us to delete your record at any time and we will. Analytics data follows Google Analytics defaults (currently 14 months for event data).

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at people under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we change the “last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged in the next email to subscribers.
